Frederik Tchoungui
Expert
Frederik Tchoungui is an entrepreneur, consultant in the valuation of financial assets, he works in particular with CACEIS, a leader in financial services. He has over ten years of experience in politics and government affairs in the United States, Europe and Africa. He began his career in 2016 as a political analyst and coordinator, in the state of Virginia, for Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign entitled "Hillary Clinton for America". He also worked for the Governor of Virginia in 2017. Frederik published his first book entitled " Out of my comfort zone " (2018) which chronicles his political and associative journey around the world. In 2019, he created an organization of young diaspora entrepreneurs in Europe called “CERCLE JERAA” and co-founded the organization “Community of Global Leaders” to build a bridge between young Africans and global leaders. His leadership and his commitment to the younger generation have earned him the award of several distinctions, including: - “New Leader of Tomorrow” awarded by the Crans Montana Forum in Geneva (2018); - “Young Diplomatic Leader” by the Global Diplomatic Forum in London (2019); - Recognition by the Transdisciplinary Agora Forum For Future Discussions " for his work on economic policy in Africa in Paris (2020). - A role as a member of the Sponsoring Committee of EWI, Empowering Women International - More recently, Frederik was nominated among the ten most outstanding young Cameroonian leaders by the Junior Chamber International in Cameroon (2021).Frederik Tchoungui holds a master's degree in finance with a specialization in innovation and international business in Africa. He is currently undertaking research work on taxation.

Deputy Mayor of Sfax
Mrs. Ibticem Atitallah Regaieg. Born on 08/09/1985 in Sfax. Married and mother of 3 children: Mohamed Amin, Yassmine and Ayoub. Principal engineer graduated from the National School of Engineers of Sfax in 2009 in the specialty of Materials Engineering. Also graduated in 2010 in atomic engineering from the Higher Institute of Nuclear Sciences and Techniques of Cadarache Marseille (France). She was a member of the Regional Committee of the Order of Tunisian Engineers of Sfax in charge of training, from 2016 to 2019. Works at the Tunisian Electricity and Gas Company since 2010. Currently Head of Design Office in the district of Sfax Ville. Zas elected and member of the Municipal Council of the municipality of Sfax since May 2018. 4th Deputy Mayor and President of the Volunteer Commission. Participated in the UCLG congress in Durban in November 2019 and was selected as the Representative of North Africa in the Network of Young Locally Elected Representatives.

Jefferson T. Koijee
Mayor of Monrovia, Liberia
Jefferson T. Koijee is a current Mayor of the capital city of Liberia Monrovia. Jefferson T. Koijee is the first Mayor to be confirmed by the Liberian Senate since the end of the civil war, being confirmed unanimously by the Senate Committee on Internal Affairs and Good Governance. Prior to this, he was the National Youth Chairman for the Revolutionary National Youth League of the ruling Coalition for Democratic Change, where he worked as the leader of the young people of over One million around the country. Mr. Koijee worked between 2008 and 2010 as County Coordinator, Montserrado for the Federation of Liberian Youth, the umbrella organization for all youth groupings in Liberia. He is a candidate of Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management of the Stella Maris Polytechnic and also a candidate of Bachelor of Science (BSC) in Political Science of the University of Liberia.

Joseph Ojuki
African Youth Organization, Kenya
Joseph Ojuki is a youth and gender advocate who focuses on the inclusion of youth, adolescents, and young women through Meaningful Engagement in Policy, Decision Making and Budget Commitments. Joseph has cut a niche in family planning, gender mainstreaming, adolescent and youth economic empowerment and adolescents’ youth sexual reproductive health advocacy and has contributed to the development of policies that affect adolescents and young people in Kisumu County. He has over 5 years’ worth of practical experience in designing, implementing, engaging in, monitoring and documenting youth-centric advocacy initiatives locally and national levels. Joseph also has a wealth of experience in community development work particularly around mobilization, planning, budget-advocacy and planning, climate and environmental matters and media advocacy. Joseph is also a seasoned practitioner in the entire project management cycle – a feat that he has overtime enhanced through his work with Organization of African Youth as well as different county governments, particular health ministries of Kisumu County, Nairobi County, Kakamega County and Busia County among others. Joseph Ojuki holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental science, certificate in project management, certificate in geographical information system and currently serves as the Western Region Coordinator for Organization of African Youth Kenya (OAY-K) particularly in charge of; Partnerships, Strategic Planning, Resource Mobilization and County Government Relations. He is also, a senior member of the Kisumu County CSOs’ forum in Kisumu County – an outfit that pushes young peoples’ sexual health matters with the County Government of Kisumu

Ms. Dédé Akpedje Messan
Municipal Councilor, Gulf 6; Originally from Togo, Dede Akpedje Messan aka #DAM is a very active young lady. Holder of a BTS in international trade, having quickly developed a strong passion for entrepreneurship, then politics, Ms. Dédé Mesan is an expert in social relations and transformational leadership. Her dynamism is reflected in the fact that she has won several prizes and recognitions: 1st Ambassador Young Woman Leader Togo, Recognition Egbé Nana by PROCEMA, Influential Woman of Africa by FNUAPA, Woman of Influence at the National Summit of Women's Leadership by Ppdc Africa. Dede Akpedje Messan is currently a municipal councilor since the last municipal elections in Togo, delegate officer in charge of the Civil Status section in the Municipality of Golfe 6.

Rebecca is a qualified Project Manager and Business Analyst with a Master´s degree of Business Administration (cum laude) (from Nelson Mandela University Business School) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Information Systems (from the University of Botswana) respectively. Rebecca is currently at the South African Cities Network serving as the Innovation Program Manager - a portfolio that ensures collaboration and innovation across SACN’s programmatic work by developing and driving urban data and smart cities initiatives, supporting cities develop and implement long-term city development strategies, driving the SACN’s flagship publication – "the State of City Report" as well supporting the CEO drive SACN’s Pan-African agenda. On a personal level, as an active youth, she is an avid multi-sport athlete with great passion for swimming, cycling, and running having completed a number of IROMAN races, Ultra Marathon running events, endurance stage racing cycling as well as tough Ocean racing series. Rebecca is mother of 3 daughters with great passion for life and derives fulfilment by uplifting others. She is a Kenyan by birth and by choice a global citizen residing in South Africa.

I am Wandile S. Themba, councilor since 2012 at the age of 23 and was re-elected in 2017. I have previously held the office of the Deputy Mayor. I hold an Associate degree in Public Relations and two certificates from the Institute of Development which are in Leadership and Corporate Governance. I have an immense experience working with the Eswatini central government, local government, and the private sector. I strongly believe in uplifting communities through educational and entrepreneur programs. I continuously walk this talk through upliftment projects such as JA Programs that teaches young people how to start, run and finish a business for free and I also have a list of unprivileged scholars that we get sponsorship so they can pay for their fees.
