Charles PATSIKA is the Director of Membership Development, Networks Coordination and External Relations with United Cities and Local Governments – Africa. He has been engaged in the governance and public administration sector for more than thirty years. His background is in Human Resources Development with main competences in the area of institutional and human capacity development including peer reviewing and learning as well as project- and programme management, particularly in the sector of local governance.
