MENYE ME NOAH Fabrice is a sociologist who has worked for 10 years in the field of development studies within FEICOM. Among other things, He is in charge of promoting good local development practices, internal advice in the field of social science research, elaboration of development indicators and monitoring public policies for sustainable urban development. To this end, he has initiated several major projects including the Local Development Index of Cameroon and the FEICOM National Award for Local Development Best Practices. He regularly takes part in international development meetings such as the Africities' Summit, the European Development Days or the United Nations Conferences (Habitat III, COP 23, 71th General Assembly, etc.).
